1. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over. Employees of The Festival Crowd, their immediate families, or any agencies connected to this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry
- Each sign up counts as one weekly entry into the prize draw. One entry gives you access to all remaining weekly draws until the end of the promotion.
- A maximum of 4,999 tickets will be sold at £10 + £2 booking fees , all profits will go to our charity partners.
- There is a 4 ticket limit to how many charity tickets one person may purchase.
3. Prize
- Each week, selected winners will receive a a unique link to purchase a £10 + £2 booking fees ticket to one of the events listed on thefestivalcrowd.com/whats-on.
- Winners can choose from available events, subject to availability and individual event T&Cs.
- The number of weekly winners may vary and will be announced via email and/or social media.
4. Draw Schedule
- Draws will take place weekly, starting from Friday 16th May 2025, and continue until all 4,999 tickets are sold or the festival season concludes.
- Winners will be selected at random and notified via email.
5. Refunds & Transfers
- Charity ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If a winner is unable to attend a chosen event, no alternative prize or cash value will be offered.
6. Use of Data
- By entering, you agree to be contacted by The Festival Crowd for prize notifications and marketing purposes.
- Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
7. Changes & Cancellation
- The Festival Crowd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Any changes will be communicated on our website and social channels.
8. Charity Contribution
Proceeds from this promotion will go towards supporting our chosen partner charities. A breakdown of funds raised may be made available upon request.
