Accessibility at The Festival Crowd Events
At The Festival Crowd, we are committed to ensuring that all of our events are inclusive and accessible for customers with disabilities. We strive to provide comprehensive accessibility measures and support. If you have specific high-dependency needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The deadline to request PA/Carer tickets is 01/05/2025. Unfortunately, requests for PA/Carer tickets won’t be processed after this date.
PA/Carer Tickets
We offer free PA or carer tickets for those who require assistance, subject to a £5 process booking fee. These tickets are available with a +1 on your Access Card or registration. Please note that applications for PA/Carer.
Carer tickets are only available for standard admission and do not include access to VIP areas, as these areas do not have accessible facilities such as toilets. The accessible viewing platform, toilets, and other facilities can be found in the standard festival area.
If you wish to purchase a VIP ticket for a carer, it will be charged at the full ticket price.
If you don’t have an Access Card, you can still apply for free registration to our events or obtain a full Access Card here https://app.accesscard.online/apply/thefestivalcrowd/. Once you’ve purchased your ticket, email us at info@thefestivalcrowd.com with proof of purchase, the event name, and your Access Card/registration details to receive your free PA ticket.
Accessibility Features We Offer:
- Blue Badge Parking will be available with a valid parking ticket if car parks are available. Where car parks are not available at an event we will endeavour to issue information as to where Blue Badge holders can park.
- Accessible Toilets
- There will be seating available on a viewing platform for our customers with accessible needs. This will be allocated on a first come first serve basis on the day of the event as people tend to leave and come back to the platform throughout the day.
Hidden Disabilities
We recognise that some disabilities are not visible. If you need support during the festival, our Welfare Manager is available at the Welfare Tent. For any advance inquiries, contact us at info@thefestivalcrowd.com.
