Accessibility at The Festival Crowd Events
At The Festival Crowd, we are committed to ensuring that all of our events are inclusive and accessible for customers with disabilities.
We strive to provide comprehensive accessibility measures and support. If you have specific high-dependency needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
PA/Carer Tickets
We offer a limited number of complimentary PA or carer tickets for attendees who require assistance. Once you have purchased your ticket, please email custcare@skiddle.com with proof of purchase and the name of the event. The customer care team will assist you from there.
Although you may get a carer ticket for the VIP areas, these areas do not all have accessible facilities such as toilets. The accessible viewing platform, toilets, and other facilities can be found in the standard festival area.
Accessibility Features We Offer
Blue Badge Parking will be available with a valid parking ticket if car parks are available.
Where car parks are not available at an event we will endeavour to issue information as to where Blue Badge holders can park.
Accessible Toilets
There will be seating available on a viewing platform for our customers with accessible needs.
This will be allocated on a first come first serve basis on the day of the event as people tend to leave and come back to the platform throughout the day.
Hidden Disabilities
We recognise that some disabilities are not visible.
If you need support during the festival, our Welfare Manager is available at the Welfare / medical Tent. For any enquiries that you may have in advance, contact us at info@thefestivalcrowd.com.
Terms and Conditions
Access customers must enter the event via the accessible queue lane, where wristbands will be issued.
The name on the ticket must match your Access Card/registration, and you may be asked to provide ID at entry.
PA/Carers must enter, stay, and leave with the person they are assisting.
Additional support is available by showing your wristband to security or visiting the Welfare Tent.
PA tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, but cannot be provided if the event is sold out, so be sure to apply for your ticket as early as possible.
